women&work helps to foster a pipeline of future Board members and CEOs, to challenge stereotypes and social norms, and to encourage women to move into non-traditional areas. When women have access to more and better jobs, they are able to invest in themselves and their families and to take leadership in their communities. This is the multiplier effect of women&work. The women&work job fair represents a tremendous opportunity to ensure that employers not only commit to the WEPs, but take action to implement them in their hiring practices, internal policies, and throughout their supply chains.
